Job Description: West Chester Mechanical is looking for a reliable Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our operations, ensuring the smooth flow of materials, preparing deliveries, and keeping our warehouse space organized. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping & receiving, working with project managers, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities: •Assist with the loading & unloading of trucks for pick-ups and deliveries. •Organize and fulfill orders for the field and project managers, ensuring that all necessary equipment is prepared and available for next-day deliveries and upcoming projects. •Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and tool storage areas. •Ensure tools/equipment are properly stored and easily accessible for future projects. •Assist with loading and unloading of tools/equipment, including heavy lifting when necessary. •Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations. •Support the warehouse team with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications: •Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping and receiving, or a similar role preferred. •Forklift experience is required. •Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs.) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well with project managers and team members along with being able to work independently. •The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of safety and organization. •Receptive to training and taking directions. •Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales (5 Years), ideally within the HVAC/R or Mechanical sectors (experience can vary). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify customer needs and deliver solutions effectively. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals. Knowledge of HVAC/R products and mechanical systems is a plus. Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred (but not required).
