The last hour of the workday matters.
After a long day, it can be easy to rush through one last task or leave cleanup for tomorrow. At West Chester Mechanical, we encourage our teams to take the extra few minutes to clean and organize their work areas, properly store tools and materials, and make sure the space is safe and ready for the next day.
