West Chester Mechanical completed an upgrade at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. WCM spearheaded an all trade coordination project from August 2022 to June 2023. With precision and expertise, we seamlessly installed two new air handling units, pumps, and heat exchangers.
Not stopping there, WCM introduced a network of sleek fin-tube radiators strategically positioned along the building’s perimeter, ensuring optimal warmth and comfort for every corner. The inclusion of Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems on each floor enhances control and efficiency, reflecting a commitment to modern, energy-efficient solutions.
Below the surface, our meticulous work extended to underground plumbing, seamlessly integrating with all-new bathrooms and proper building drainage. The result? A harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics, reflecting the future-forward ethos of UPenn’s Graduate School of Education.
